2016 Summer Programs:


Arthritis Foundation

This eight-week long program places outstanding high school students in the world renowned Rheumatology and Immunology Laboratories at Stanford and UCSF. Since its inception in 1982, this program has provided over 200 aspiring scientists the opportunity to work alongside cutting edge arthritis researchers. Through this internship, students receive hands on experience in the fields of rheumatology and immunology with a focus on arthritis and related autoimmune diseases.



Cornell University Summer College

Join Cornell University this summer for their award winning 3 and 6 week programs.  *Experience the excitement of college life at a great ivy League university  *Earn 3 to 6 credits in courses with Cornell faculty  *Attend admissions workshops  *Make friends from more than 40 countries all over the world.  Choose from programs in: Architecture, Art, Business, Debate, Literature, Design, Fashion, Law, Hotel Management, Medicine, Psychology, Veterinary Medicine and more.



Oxbridge Academic Programs

The Oxford Summer Seminar is a week-long academic program for students in grades 10-12, held in Corpus Christi College, Oxford, from August 1 - August 8, 2016. The seminar provides students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in subjects that fascinate them and to brush up on their skills required for university applications, all under the guidance of experts from Oxford University. Students choose one Major course which meets every morning for three hours. Students rotate through their choice of five classes as a Minor course, which meets every afternoon for two hours.



Penn Engineering

Penn's rigorous courses give high school students an advance look at the learning experience they can expect in college. Combining sophisticated theory with hands-on work in our world-class laboratories and culminating in independent projects, the Engineering Summer Academy challenges students to work harder, smarter, and more creatively than they ever have before. Program offered 

July 3 -  July 23, 2016. 




Stanford Medical Youth Science Program

Join Stanford for their five-week science and medicine based enrichment program that takes place annually from mid-June to late July and is held on the Stanford University campus. This program is open to low-income and/or underrepresented minority high school sophomores and juniors who live in northern and central California.



Stanford Sports Medicine Camp

For the second time, Stanford University Sports Medicine will be opening its doors to expose its unique methods of medical care for the nation's most elite athletes. The program's expert level clinicians will provide hands-on instruction of topics from the very basics of sports medicine care to the integration of cutting edge approaches to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. Program is offered to both beginners and advanced. Basic Camp: June 11-14, 2016.  Advanced Camp: June 15-18, 2016
